Organic cotton more than just a fabric

It is a way to stand up for people, the environment and the future. When we use cotton in our garments at Blankdays we only use organic, GOTS-certified cotton.

Unlike conventional cotton, organic cotton is grown without chemical pesticides and artificial fertilizers. It also uses ca 90% less water than conventional cotton. In other words, the soil, water and the people who work with the crop are protected much more on organic farms. It is a slower and more respectful way of producing, but also a way that gives a better result both for the body and for the planet.
