Hoodies for Men in Organic Cotton

A heavyweight hoodie, built to last

The Blankdays hoodie is made from 390 g/m² GOTS-certified organic cotton, roughly twice the weight of a typical high-street hoodie. The extra weight gives it a drape and structure that lighter hoodies lose after a few washes. The inside is lightly brushed, so it feels soft without getting warm and sticky.

Built to keep its shape

Chain-stitched shoulder seams with neck tape stop the shoulders from stretching out. The double hood sits right instead of collapsing, and side seams shifted forward remove the boxy sweatshirt look. Cuffs and hem are 2:2 rib in 100% cotton, which keeps its grip instead of going slack. The fabric is preshrunk, and there are no labels inside or out, only a small logo embroidery at the neck.

Six colours, one fit

The hoodie comes in Black, Navy, Grey Melange, Blue Melange, Clean Beige and Deep Burgundy. Every colour has the same tailored fit, true to size. Black goes with everything, and grey is the easiest layer under a jacket. Beige works in a neutral wardrobe, and burgundy adds colour without being loud. Made in Portugal

Every hoodie is designed in Sweden and made in Barcelos, Portugal, by a factory we know. Blankdays was founded in 2018 to make fewer, better garments, and a hoodie you wear for years is the clearest example. Frequently asked questions

How does the Blankdays hoodie fit?

It has a tailored fit and is true to size. Our model is 190 cm and wears size L, which measures 112 cm around the chest. If you want more room for layering, go up one size.

Does the hoodie shrink in the wash?

The fabric is preshrunk with a silicone treatment, so it keeps its size. Wash at 30–40°C and skip the tumble dryer, which is what makes cotton shrink and stiffen. More tips in our care guide.

What does 390 g/m² mean?

It is the weight of the fabric per square metre. Most high-street hoodies are 240–280 g/m², so 390 g/m² feels noticeably heavier, drapes better and holds its shape longer.

What does GOTS-certified organic cotton mean?

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certifies that the cotton is grown without chemical pesticides and that every step from fibre to finished garment can be traced. Our hoodies are designed in Sweden and made in Barcelos, Portugal. Read more about our materials and factories.

Which colours does the hoodie come in?

Black, Navy, Grey Melange, Blue Melange, Clean Beige and Deep Burgundy. All colours have the same fit and fabric, so you can pick on colour alone.

Should I choose a hoodie or a zip hoodie?

A pullover hoodie has a cleaner front and works best on its own or under a jacket. A zip hoodie is easier to adjust to the temperature and works as a light outer layer. Ideally, have one of each.
