Men’s Zip Hoodies

A zip hoodie for every layer

A zip hoodie does what a pullover can't. You can open it, close it and wear it as a light outer layer. The Blankdays zip hoodie is made from 390 g/m² GOTS-certified organic cotton, the same heavy fabric as our hoodies, with a lightly brushed inside.

Built to last

The zip is a robust YKK metal zipper. Chain-stitched shoulder seams with neck tape keep the shoulders in shape, and shifted side seams give a cleaner silhouette. Cuffs and hem are 2:2 rib in 100% cotton. The fabric is preshrunk with a silicone treatment, and there are no labels inside or out, only a small logo embroidery at the neck.

Colours and fit

The zip hoodie comes in Black, Navy, Grey Melange, Blue Melange and Army Olive. It has a tailored fit and is true to size. Wear it open over a t-shirt, closed over a shirt, or under a coat on cold days. It works just as well with sweatpants as with chinos.

How does the zip hoodie fit?

It has a tailored fit and is true to size. Our model is 190 cm and wears size L, which measures 112 cm around the chest.

What kind of zip does it have?

A robust YKK metal zipper, chosen to last as long as the fabric.

Can I wear a zip hoodie as a jacket?

Yes, on mild days. The 390 g/m² cotton is heavy enough to work as a light outer layer in spring and autumn, and as a mid layer under a coat in winter.

Does the zip hoodie shrink?

The fabric is preshrunk with a silicone treatment. Wash at 30–40°C, close the zip before washing and avoid the tumble dryer. More tips in our care guide.

Zip hoodie or hoodie?

A zip hoodie is easier to adjust to the temperature. A pullover hoodie has a cleaner front and works best on its own or under a jacket.
